    We have to do something about these law suits like loser pays to stop the abuse. It takes next to nothing to launch a law suit that has no proof.
    If there is proof then the judge will need to pay for his actions. If not then this is just another black mail scheme.
    The black mailers need to be punished to get this to stop. Currently they just walk away if they lose with very little cost.

    Sometimes I think we need a group effort to bring millions of fake law suits against politicians, lawyers and judges to get them to see the harm of their money making scam on Americans.

    Not to belabor the obvious, but I think we all know that were the accusation being made against a CNN news analyst and not one from Fox, the usual "no proofers" on this thread would be in Seventh Heaven.
