American/Eastern RedBud. One of the first trees to bloom in the spring, providing nectar to bees and butterflies. Stand under one on a warm spring day, and the the buzzing of the sheer volume of bees is astounding.

My practical "everyday" tree? The Eucalyptus tree. Growing up in So. Cal it was always my favorite tree. I love everything about it. From it's structure to it's bark to it's smell. Ironically it's an invasive species there.
Favorite tree of all time? California Redwood.
