Here is a study demonstrating the deadly effect that social isolation has on nursing home patients:

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3112069/

Key quote: The scores 0-2 (withdrawal) on social engagement were significant predictors of mortality.

Cutting off the elderly from the only thing that makes life worth living (other people) causes them to die sooner.

When all is said and done, more people will have died, either directly or indirectly, as a result of the insane, unjust, barbaric lockdowns than from the virus. Indeed, many of the deaths being falsely attributed to COVID are really being caused by the lockdowns.

For example, studies have shown that decreased social engagement among nursing home patients increases their mortality significantly. The only thing many of these people have to look forward to is occasional visits from family members. Take that away from them and they simply lose the will to live. Their immune systems shut down and then they die.

Or consider someone with heart problems who loses their job or their business. A month later, the stress gives them a heart attack and they die.

So much death, disease, and misery being caused by these needless totalitarian measures. Yet proponents of the lockdowns feel no need to answer for any of this. For them, all the costs - including the deaths - are worth it. Why is it worth it? Well, they feel no need to answer that either.
I wouldn't say it's just the lock down. Trump didn't act like there should be a lock down and look where he's at and think of the threat to the people around him: I wish had thought about it...

What's missing is the money to keep US going until we get all this really under control. Everybody's an emotional wreck because the government wants to do nothing but mess around and that's why things are collapsing. The Feds need to cover businesses so that employees can get covered. The airline layoffs happened for two reasons: congress and the senate are messing around with another stimulus and arguing over favors and each side wants something that they know the other side won't go for, but who ever heard of clean bill right? And secondly, [i]nobody has any money to spend and if they DID - where would they go? In the past, like 1929 and 2008 and all other times, the government kicked in to kick start the economy and get US goin. Cost was not an issue, survival was and it is now.

Our biggest problem is that we have a vacuum in leadership: there IS no leadership and everybody sees it.

    Stay home then.

Most likely from your anxiety. Have you spoken with a doctor? They can treat that.

While you take in what you’ve exhaled you’re still breathing mostly oxygen. That is a FACT!

Do all CAPS make a difference?

If masks work, why did Hope Hicks test positive? If masks are supposed to protect OTHER people, why did Trump test positive?

Those are two questions no one ever answers.

Not being able to breathe, causes me anxiety and, I can't breathe in a mask.

I'm sure everyone who wears masks, will be happy to know, they're breathing in MOSTLY oxygen, never mind the carbon dioxide, heh?......remember the woman I mentioned, with low blood oxygen levels, because of the mask?

You know, a lot of healthcare professionals agree with me, as well......I didn't poll any construction workers.

Because they rarely wore their masks? I seriously doubt you did any polling but there is plenty online for ya.

Its literally impossible talking rationally with someone who basically says “I don’t care what the professionals say because everything revolves around my anecdotal experience”.

    Those, are FACTS!
    Correct.

Here is an interview with two Oxford epidemiologists explaining how there is no real evidence that masks stop or slow the spread of coronavirus outside clinical settings:

And that is why countries like Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark do not mandate masks.

You're kidding right? NONE of those people have been wearing masks properly, they just do it for the cameras. Trump tested positive because he knew there was a miracle coming!

    (chuckle)

Whadd'ya mean "why did Trump test positive?" You're having anxiety because everybody else is having anxiety and I don't blame you. But it's not a time to be afraid; you need to dig a foxhole and get in it! That is to say, you need to take the best care of you and yours that you can and help others to do the same and stop treating this as some sort of "deep state" conspiracy. S$#t out here in California we have all that smoke to contend with as well. When you go out, wear your mask. Wash your hands a lot. Stay out of crowds. Eat right. If we stay smart, we'll be okay. Trump is not smart and...
