    Have the so-called non-partisan team draw up five different redistricting plans. Put it to the voters who may vote for their top choice. The top two plans go into a run-off. The winning plan is the redistricting plan for the State. Disallow any court oversight.
    Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
