Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

The defense doesn't want its burden increased. It doesn't have to prove anything. It has to demonstrate reasonable doubt about one or any of the elements of each charged offense.

Even if Chauvin isn't found guilty, that Floyd ended up dying from an OD, Chauvin should not be on ANY police force. He has a history of bad behavior, a minimum of 16 complaints. That's a lot of complains for one cop.
