    MLB World Series Game 4

I was watching that last night.

Okay, Perianne was a mom who had to teach her young daughter how to play ball.

I taught her the proper way to throw and drilled that into my daughter's head over and over and over and ... etc

The Dodgers' right fielder used proper body mechanics to throw the ball.

The Dodgers' first baseman, who cut off the accurate throw, used sloppy throwing mechanics and thus cost the Dodgers the game.

If thrown using proper body mechanics, an inaccurate throw will either arrive at the target high or low.

If thrown sidearm (like the first baseman threw), an inaccurate throw will either be left or right of the target. And in this case, the throw was off that way.

Tell me why a thirty-something mom from Lexington, Kentucky figured out the proper body mechanics so she could teach her daughter, but a professional baseball player making millions of dollars a year still uses sloppy throwing mechanics?

I think the number of answers tell you about the lack of interest in politically correct professional sports this year.

Remember that the relay man is facing the outfield and then has to grip, turn around and throw as he is identifying the target. Often he has no idea how far the runner is advanced and if he has any time so he turns anticipating that everything needs to be as fast as possible. Then he has to be as accurate as a pitcher from about 90 feet when the mound is only about 60 feet away. Everything is in the runners favor in these races.

The important thing to be learned is to not let the moment take over what you've been taught .
And that Perianne did a great job raising her daughter .

I don't even know who is leading the Series. At the beginning of the season I saw Black Lives Matter on the pitcher's mound and players kneeling, and I haven't watched it since.

Me neither. But my daughter was watching it and I was moving about the house doing things. I caught that this was a great game going on, historical really, and it turned out to be a great finish.

This is one thing that makes me sometimes wish I were a man, and that is I wish I could have played sports. Girl sports are just not the same.

The Dodgers picked the worst time to do their Baltimore Orioles impression.
