There are 2 lines of thought about his last minute campaigning in Minnesota.

One is that its truly in play-I think it is and so does Trump. He wants the state and the situation is lining up for that.

The other is that Biden will eek out a victory there (its gone red every election since Nixon), but this allows him to "campaign" without screwing up in a battleground state. This means his handlers expect him to screw up, and its a calculated loss.
