It looks like some lawsuits are gearing up. Remember, usually a campaign has to convince a court of election irregularities in order for a hearing to proceed.

    1. Michigan: Over night Trump's vote total stayed the same while Joe's increased by 200,000. This is statistically impossible.

    2. At least AZ and NV: Poll access by Repub poll watchers were limited. In NV they even stopped voting when NV's total count became important for the election. The Repubs will seek recounts here with adequate Repub poll watchers.

    3. WI: Repubs will seek a recount as the numbers of total voters is highly suspect. I believe this also applies to individual counties in other states. Milwaukee has 7 precincts with more votes than registered voters. And WI as a whole had just under a 90% voter turnout rate. A statistical impossibility.

IOW, don't expect an election result for weeks as these cases make it through the courts.

Nevada changed their election process but not thru the legislation. Same thing in Pennsylvania.

Well, we know what SCOTUS says about that.

State legislators make state election law. Not state courts. And not federal courts.

And we have a great SCOTUS to hear these cases.

USPS Whistleblower in Michigan Claims Higher-Ups Were Engaging in Voter Fraud; UPDATE: Investigation Launched?

According to James O'Keefe, the Office of the Inspector General for the USPS is investigating......snip~

    ORIGINAL POST
A United States Postal Service worker on Wednesday told Project Veritas that a supervisor named Johnathan Clarke in Traverse City, Michigan – one of the big swing states this election cycle – potentially engaged in voter fraud.

"We were issued a directive this morning to collect any ballots we find in mailboxes, collection boxes, just outgoing mail in general, separate them at the end of the day so that they could hand stamp them with the previous day's date," the whistleblower stated. "Today is November 4th for clarification."

Michigan Courts ruled that ballots had to be received by the election clerk before the polls on Election Day, which would mean 8 p.m. eastern time on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

According to the whistleblower, the ballots are in "express bags" so they could be sent to the USPS
    distribution center.

"In regards to a hamper, there's a standard hamper that all letter mail is supposed to go to and they had a tub next to it that we were supposed to put any ballots collected today into," the carrier stated......snip~

As I said above, to challenge an election you have to show voting irregularities and that the election results affect the outcome of the election.

These suits will proceed. If these claims of irregularities are true, Trump will win the EC.

Add to the list of lawsuits: GA, PA, and NC.

These are about Repub poll watcher access.

As I noted when you brought this up in another thread, this is complete bullshlt: The statewide turnout was comparable to past elections (and even lower than in 2004): https://www.wkyc.com/article/news/ve...5-7a22496c3314

And the Milwaukee ward thing is completely false. The article that started the rumor has completely bogus voting data. Here's the article: https://mkecitywire.com/stories/5644...-votes-in-city

But, here's the actual voting results from all Milwaukee wards:https://county.milwaukee.gov/EN/Coun...ults-Fall-2020

Nowhere did total votes cast exceed registered voters.

    2000 - 67%
    2004 - 72.9%
    2008 - 69.2%
    2012 - 57.8%
    2016 - 67.34%

It was much higher for 2020.

And those Milwaukee districts that busted 100%. Impressive.

@Peter1469 and @MMC, thanks for keeping us updated on the lawsuits. (This is a deplorable state of affairs.)

QUESTION: Has anyone posted a link to President Trump's official Election Defense Fund? If not, I'll try, but the email doesn't offer a 'view in separate browser' option, so no telling how a c&p will come thru. (Links so you can contribute, etc.)

If someone already has, I won't trouble you with another.

I guess you didn't bother to click on and read the links I posted because they prove that that's complete bullshlt.
