Walmart CEO Doug McMillon says New World Order is “the right thing to do”

The head of the nation’s largest retailer recently sat down with TIME‘s Eben Shapiro to talk about how the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected his business. And during the conversation, the suggestion was made that it is long past time to “reinvent capitalism.”

According to Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart, the “right thing to do” is to press onward towards what many are calling the Great Reset, or the New World Order, because it will make businesses like Walmart “stronger” while “doing good for our world.”

“We simply won’t be here if we don’t take care of the very things that allow us to exist: our associates, customers, suppliers, and the plant,” McMillon explained. “That’s not up for debate.”

McMillon believes that the old ways of doing business under shareholder or state capitalism are outdated and need to be replaced with stakeholder capitalism, which is outlined in another TIME article.

We don't need to shackle ourselves to the developing world or to cultures that are not compatible with ours. Don't trust those who demand this.

He's trying to attach a lot of feel-good meanings to very vague concepts based on ... well, nothing.

Ya like the sound a that? Have another toke.

Not only do we not need to, we can't. Absolutely they will devour us, with Schumer's blessing, if we allow them to come in without acculturating and with the crap they left with when they came.

What do you mean by "shackle"? Are you referring to any interaction whatsoever? Economically, would that mean banning capitalistic practices with these "incompatible" cultures? Because Capitalism, by its very nature, fosters (even demands) cultural interchange. So what I think you are saying certainly does not sound very "freedomy." Please elucidate. Thank you.

How will you prevent private companies from introducing new things into our culture, derived from other cultures, that you think might challenge our culture? Shall we install Culture Czars? That sure doesn't sound very freedomy to me.

A new world order means only one thing and that is mass depopulation.

I am referring to globalism, specifically cultural globalism. I have no problem with economic globalism.

The forced migration of Muslims into Europe is an example of cultural globalism.

Walmart is already free to sell wherever they want and whatever they want. No concept of a new world order is needed.

The New World order seeks to steal wealth from Americans to grow foreign markets. The globalist companies don't care about our country or if they destroy it in the end. We are just their piggy bank.
