For now. Fox couldn't in good conscience get behind trump's epic meltdown, especially with Rudy the Drunk at the helm. It's embarrassing, but not embarrassing enough for that guy Pirro to jump ship yet. Carlson seems to have his finger in the wind, and Hannity still sniffs trump's farts.
Fox will weather this. They'll weather it even faster if Biden wins. People will tune in for the Biden bashing. It's the same reason liberal outlets are about to take a massive hit if Biden wins. They won't have Trump to melt down over and they certainly won't go heavy on old grandpa badfinger. Some of the more far left outlets might because Biden won't be the progressive troubadour he claims he is.
Fox had a great model and filled a gap. There weren't any right leaning outlets. now there are plenty to choose from so Fox needs to fight for it's viewers. As always competition is a good thing.
Newsmax and OAN can fill the need for better non-DNC news stations.

Well, I watch FNC only at night; but not for the reason you posited.
I watch very little television during the daytime, as I have other things to do (as I rather imagine that others do, also).
In the evening (5:00pm CT) I watch Special Report with Brett Baier.
Of the nighttime shows, my favorite is that of Tucker Carlson. (I like Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham just fine; but they are a little more hard-right than I would prefer. Tucker Carlson is more center-right--as I am, also.)
As for Trump being "history" (I assume that this is what you mean; there is really no such person--to my knowledge, anyway--as "trump"), this is probably true. I would give him only about a two or three percent chance of overturning the apparent results.
But I would not declare this as a certainty, at this point. (To do so sounds more like blatant triumphalism than it sounds like dispassionate analysis; and I care nothing for the former--whether done by those on the right or those on the left.)
this is what happens when you tell an audience for the last 30 years that they live in an alternate reality. but when that audience is given a small dose of the real world, they go beserk. Fox did this to themselves and they have only themselves to blame for their declining ratings.
