I don't understand the issue of the mask. Statistically 95% of the US population wears a mask when out in public. Is that 5% that does not the culprit of spreading the virus worldwide at this point?

Oh yeah, that probably isn't real easy to categorize. I would have to be among the 5% but that would be when I go back to my car to get the mask I forgot. See what I'm saying? This data certainly doesn't mean much, if anything, and to me it tends to impugn a lot of data overall, if only in the interest of cropping the picture. See what I'm saying?

Bureaucrats love hard data, true or false. It probably makes them feel secure.
