Think 3rd party for 2024 folks. Clean up America.
Once I tell you that we agree to disagree there will be no more discussion between us in the thread so please don't waste your time continuing to argue your points because I will not respond.
This is arguably the most blatant abuse of power directed against the population in US history.
The odd thing is that the supposed freedom loving liberals are angry at the people who resisted this abuse. They give the actual tyrants a pass. In many cases they nearly worship them and praise their actions. It’s insane.

No worries.
I think a lot of people tend to assume that those who oppose things like mask mandates and business and school closures don't take the threat from the virus seriously. I am sure there are some who fall into that category, but I think that most people who oppose many of the measures mandated by government are well aware of the potential danger posed by the virus, but they weigh that risk against the dangers posed by some of the government mandates that have been pushed on the citizenry and find the mandates to be not necessarily productive and potentially far more dangerous and destructive than the virus itself.
When I look at my own state and see the thousands of small businesses that have been forced to close and will probably never reopen, the number of people who have lost almost everything, including many multi generational busdinesses, I can't help but be angry. I got lucky because the nature of one of my businesses, the security and investigations company, fell into the "essential business" category and we were permitted to continue to operate. The other, the firearms training and sales company was declared "nonessential" and was ordered to close. I just ignored the Governor's order and continued to operate. The only thing I couldn't do really, was Concealed Handgun License training because that requires submission of reports to the state. Eventually, (several months later) that was lifted and we were able to resume that specific training.
The thing is, the draconian measures taken by our Governor have done more long term damage to the state and people of New Mexico than the virus itself could ever have done. If she had just made people aware of the risks, made recommendations and provide the sources of information to allow people to formulate their own informed opinions and make their own decisions, instead of treating New Mexicans like grade school kids, the state and her people would have fared much better.
I have no doubt of that.
