So, Trump today tweeted out that the runoff is unnecessary and should be cancelled because "we will all win"* if you disregard the votes he's challenging in his law suits. He's already convinced his base that the entire Georgia election infrastructure is corrupt and cannot be trusted. He's going to drive Republican turnout down to the point that both Democrats will win these races. It's hilarious.

It doesn't matter if he conceded. If Loeffler failed to get 50% of the vote (which would be true even if you were to eliminate all Warnock votes), she didn't win. Georgia law would still require a runoff election.

My point is that even if you were to throw out all of Warnock's votes, Loeffler still doesn't get to 50%. A runoff for the special election would be required by law, no matter what Collins does or says.

Highly unlikely that Trump will suppress Republican turnout. Everyone in the Politicos knows what Schumer said. At least those on the Right do. Hugh Hewitt makes sure of that every single day.
