Listening to Ben Shapiro last night he had a guest who said one reason for the reduction in deaths was that we know more about the virus and have more "therapeutics" to help with recovery. Although we do not have a vaccine on the market yet the medical profession has not been sitting on its hands treating this disease.

As for more cases, simple, more testing.

There is only one answer as to who started the politicization of the Wuhu. That would be the Deviate Democrats.

Yep, ChIraq tested 100k and say they came up with 10K that tested positive. Naturally they are using the Antigen test that the FDA told Labs isnt reliable for testing.

They also reported that the ICU's were already filled with people that had other problems than the Wuhu. That they tested positive after already being in the ICU's and filling up beds. Local reporting got the scoop and made the Lame Stream media look like the dipshits they are.

    Some quick answers:

Study Helps Explain Declines in Death Rates from COVID-19: "Possible Factors Include a More Resilient Population Getting the Illness & Advances in Healthcare"

WHY ARE COVID-19 DEATHS FALLING EVEN AS CASES ARE RISING?: "Besides the increasing dispersion of the virus in our communities, the rising amount of testing could explain why more cases are being uncovered. They tend to be milder, caught earlier, and may even represent the fortuitous finding of an asymptomatic case as a significant percentage of cases are asymptomatic."

The question is not what the government or citizens should do. The question is strictly why are cases rising but deaths falling. Try and keep it serious.
Your graphic indicates that "Because DSHS is reporting fatalities by date of death, the number of fatalities for recent days will continue to grow as more death certificates are filed for those days." It also indicates that the data is incomplete for Fatalities.
In quoting my post, you affirm and agree that you have not been goaded, provoked, emotionally manipulated or otherwise coerced into responding.

Deaths from COVID are not falling. The OP cites an article from a month ago. Cases, hospitalizations and deaths have all gone up significantly since then.

I think that Safety has a point and I would add that it might be a cyclical thing...

They're talking about the death rate. It is dropping. That should be good news. You seem to have some kind of investment in death.
