Actually it is. All State Public Agencies, State Courts are under his control. Federal Courts are Mandated by the Fed.

DeWine is responsible for the the 3rd lockdown for the State. That includes all public agencies. Puts back in effect what he did in March.

Ohio Bill To Limit Power Of Governor Passes Legislature ...

    https://www.newsbreak.com/news/2106240153376/ohio...
Nov 20, 2020 · Gov. Mike DeWine says he will veto a bill that’s headed for his desk that would restrict his authority to shut down businesses statewide in a future health order. The bill strips the governor’s authority to shut down businesses in health orders like the one DeWine did earlier this year. Republicans

Now he will have a fight on his hands.

No. You are wrong. He has enacted no such recent order relative to the courts. The courts are open, we are open. Not all courts are doing this, I just got off the phone with the court in Ashtabula and they expect me live on the 14th. The judges are recognizing what is going on and acting. We are doing the same and maybe moving everybody to remote working (except me - I'm expendable).

Ohio: Gov. Mike DeWine (R) ordered a three-week curfew, effective Nov. 19. Individuals must stay in their homes between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Exceptions include leaving to go to work, to grocery stores, or for other emergencies or essentials. People statewide are required to wear face coverings when inside a location that is not a residence, when using public transportation or when outside if a 6-foot distance between nonhousehold members cannot be maintained.

Under the current health advisory to reopen the state’s economy, gyms and other fitness venues can resume operations if they follow safety protocols. Restaurants can offer table service indoors, with restrictions. Restaurants and bars are banned from selling alcohol after 10 p.m. Retail stores may reopen, but certain sanitation and social distancing practices must be implemented. Hair salons and other close-care businesses can reopen, provided they abide by strict sanitation rules. Nonessential medical procedures may resume, and nonessential offices and construction and manufacturing businesses may restart operations. Some sports competitions can resume, but strict restrictions, such as daily symptom assessments, must be in place.....snip~

As long as that Court can maintain the safety Protocols then they can remain open. Still, comes from DeWine.

No. Again, you are wrong. The recent court shut-downs do not come from DeWine.

Actually, our businesses have been reopened since May. But Herr Commissar has formed an enforcement task force to ensure compliance. Violaters will be violated.

Pritzker and Lightfoot have a stricter lockdown going than Ohio. Yet, we have Counties that refuse to follow their EOs and County Sheriffs telling both of them to $#@! off.

Holcombe in Indiana is facing the same. Yet now is being questioned by those in Indiana as to his communication with Pritzker and Lightfoot. Especially over measures in NW Indiana.

If we are going to be completely honest, our lockdown in Ohio has so many caveats, and always has, as to be utterly meaningless. I really don't understand the point of it all. Just inform the public what's going on, and ask them to make informed decisions. Easy peasy, right?
