Unconstitutional COVID Mandates Could Be Subject To Death Penalty Under Federal Law

Every Governor, Mayor, Sheriff, Policeman Or Representative Enforcing Unconstitutional COVID Mandates Could Be Subject To The Death Penalty Under Federal Law

I wonder how these tyrants would react if the people knew the law, arrested them as the militia, gave them due process, found them guilty and immediately dispense with justice. Already, we’ve seen judges rule against unconstitutional lockdowns and other mandates related to the COVID scamdemic. Well, the law points out that infringements upon the people’s liberties can receive a death penalty.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is among the list of tyrants who are guilty of usurping their authority and enacting executive orders, not law, against his people. Watch how he justifies his lawlessness under the color of law.

Governor Gruesome Newsom has ordered all restaurants in the state closed for Thanksgiving. Two days before the holiday and everything is closed. Restaurants who bought food in anticipation of people eating out are stuck. This is enough to drive a business into bankruptcy. Not even outdoor dining is permitted.

Knotts Berry Farm is packed on the holiday. They got caught bad. They are selling entire dinners to go. Not take out. Whole dinners. Whole turkeys. Whole hams. Just not to waste it. My daughter in law bought a dinner for six. We will have leftovers.

I have a friend in Canada, and as of last Thursday, they are in "code red" lockdown.
Meaning that they cannot leave their homes unless going to the doctor, the pharmacy, or the grocery store.
And, of course, the people who work at these places.

He said the MINIMUM fine for it is $1,200 per person.

Even after a week, it's had a massive negative affect on people and the city he's in. So many people at home, with so much power being used, has overloaded some of the older electric relays and fuse boxes around the city and in homes, and some people are having power issues, as is my friend. Electricians are out on call 24/7 and he has to wait at least a week for someone to come out to fix his. And where he's at, it's already hitting 8 degrees below!!

This is the second time this year they've been under "code red" lockdown. And the same thing happened the first time!
