Oscar Lopez Rivera comes immediately to mind.

He didn't pardon them; he commuted their sentences. Lopes was not convicted of any bombings. He was convicted of sedition and good enough form him in my view. The manning thing in my opinion, was more about physical safety than anything else. That idiot is also still a convicted felon.

So Obama did not "pardon" them. As I said Obama's pardons were all for low level stuff and time served.
