Creamy Balsamic Chicken and Mushrooms

I made this last night and it was very tasty. It had a unique (to me) taste and I don't know if it was the mushrooms (which I rarely use as my daughter is not fond of them) or the balsamic vinegar (a first for me).

Anyway, I highly recommend it as something new to try.

I used chicken tenderloins and I ate six! of them. I am forcing myself to eat more to try to regain some weight. My daughter makes some killer mashed taters, so we had that with it.
