If it is , in fact, a hoax , the perpetrators would need to start it somewhere outside of USA . Considering Bill Gates involvement , influence and financial backing of the Wuhan facility , not to mention his years of public statements on virus's ,and how to deal with them , he would be the prime suspect , along with those he's involved with. Even now , he is still pushing the sub-standard vaccine that his camp has developed , which is statistically inferior to the Russian vaccine . If his concern for global health was genuine , he would have got immediately behind the Russian vaccine and done everything he could to help develop and distribute it as soon as possible . Notwithstanding Gates's immense wealth , he is still only a successful computer nerd , which explains why his grand plan has gone pearshaped , and created such a mess of things.
