When my Gemma was a puppy, she chewed on anything and everything that was left within her reach. The wife was understandably upset, so to lighten the mood I bought her a book.



So I came home one day to find that the book had been left where Gemma could get to it and...yeah. I had Amazon send me another copy with next-day delivery and didn't tell the wife about it till years later.

Well, I drove 50 miles each way today to visit the other half in the hospital, 35 miles of it is straight boondocks. I made it. I packed as though I could be stranded for days. Van has some issue with fuel injector on cylinder 6, misfire. It made it though. DSCN0360.JPG

You wouldn't believe some of the things I've seen taken out of dog intestines......or, maybe you would!.......sponges, baby bottle nipples, kitchen towels, earrings.

They want her to go to a home for some rehab for a couple weeks, other than that, ok.
