Whoda thunk that the hapless Bills, who've been burning out head coaches and QBs for the last 25 years finally clinch the AFC East title with a thorough pounding of the Denver Broncos at Mile High?
Well, a few key factors came to play here:
1) Josh Allen-What can we say? For the first couple years we've heard "get rid of him", but I said "patience". He has to settle in and mature. Right now I consider him to be the MOST dangerous QB in the NFL
2) Brendon Beane-GM. Getting rid of the deadwood and bringing in young talent has paid off big!
3) Sean McDermott-A defensive minded coach who's not afraid to knock heads across the locker room when his team $#@!s up brought in help with the O-Line and with the talent and development on that end, that brings me to:
4) O-line-Allen's finally got serious weaponry to work with
5) D-Line-'nuff said
6) Overall team health-This has been a gignormous factor in the Bills' performance this year. And we got John Brown returning from IR soon.
7) Kim and Terry Pegula-Their insistence on a winner has enable their deep pockets to invest in this current winning formula (Now if they could do the same with the Sabres...)
Overall, this team's legit. And if anyone says "they ain't a contender", I say: "Can I have some of what you're smoking"?
