When the gun control advocates scream that you only need 10 rounds then this is the reason they are wrong. Apparently this guy did not have enough rounds to finish the job.

Now he has to face the 2 of the slugs in court, watch them get out on bail, go through a trial and then listen to their probation hearings in 5 years.
