Unless they are N-95s, all these masks are designed to protect OTHER people, NOT the wearer. Take 100 masked people in a supermarket with closed airspace, and one unmasked person. Since these masks only offer 5% to 8% protection, that one person, if contagious, has the potential for infecting 92 to 95 of the masked people.

This is simple math and statistics.

What about states that had everyone wearing masks, whole towns closed, roads closed, roadblocks so you couldn't enter without a mask.....the strictest mandates, but, covid spikes still occuring......how do you explain that?

So, when people came back with, "then wear yours and don't worry about me" now it's, they protect the UNmasked people?

Its all BS anyway, not one person puts on that mask because they're trying to protect others, the government has gotten people so panicked and paranoid, those people wear those masks for themselves!

There's zero proof of masks helping anyone, lots of people who wear them, have gotten covid, lots of people who haven't worn them, haven't.

Its a, "wear them if you want " situation because, there's no proof of their effectness.

N-95s do not protect anyone. The largest particles of the virus are the same size as the rating for the N-95. The virus on its own will still get through the N-95.
The rating is also time dependent and that is why surgeons toss them every 2 hours.

N-95s are still reliant on the virus being contained in droplets to stop them.

People wonder why they are still getting COVID with a mask = because they do not change them frequently.

Although we all got a good laugh at the wall of @OGIS, his process is better than what Fauci and the CDC are telling you.

Wearing the same mask for hours and hours at a time has diminishing result and wearing it driving around in your car is ridiculous.
