I like RAINN, but the Bureau of Justice Statistics, Bureau of Prisons and other similar agencies have the best data (some of which RAINN uses). Those agencies seem to only update their data every 5-10 years, though, which is problematic. The best report I was able to find from the BJS is 20 years old. Nonetheless, nearly all data and research supports the demographics of child sex offenses being committed disproportionately by white males or children. Other races are underrepresented. The demographics change drastically when you shift the age range of the victims to adults, though.
