DiBlasio had stated ,a few years back, that there were not enough black run small businesses in NYC and he was going to arrange for low interest loans to get them their "proper" amount of representation . Cuomo ,just today , said he was starting an immediate deal with banks to get blacks free loans so they can open businesses .
Whala- instant take over of established white small businesses that Cuomo and DiBlasio put out of business by blacks . Another instant addition to these scumbags voter base .

Jobs will be lost because (1) many small businesses cannot afford to carry that large a payroll (keep in mind $15.00 will mean increases in wages not only for minimum wage workers but for all of the rest of the work force and (2) these small businesses will either close their doors or turn to automation. We are already seeing this in grocery stores and fast food restaurants. Brick and mortar stores will give way to giant warehouse distributors which can move more product with fewer people. Even the large department stores are moving to more on line shopping. About the only things I purchase in stores today are clothing items

Of course change in marketing has been prevalent throughout history with the end result of more people making more money but not necessarily those who were making money before the change. Instead of pushing for everyone to go to college and get degrees in Gender Studies or 5th Century Musical Instruments we will need more technical schools and electrical engineers and hands on workers.
