Yes, that is coming. One thing that I have not heard is how the IRS will treat rent forgiveness. If it is not paid back later, it should be counted as income.

It should, but won't. Paperwork nightmare and landlords would need to issue the 1099's. Landlords can still write off their side of the expenses and the IRS knows you can't squeeze blood out of turnips. Free money of sorts to the renters, but none in their pockets. What money?

Not that old, maybe 25 years. Just got it down off the shelf, and it wasn't even dusty, as it was in it's case. Luckily, the batteries that had been left in it didn't leak, lol. I also found a white gas camp stove, brand new and in the box, lol.

Not much of a break. I gt to bed every night sore as hell.
Glad i brought my MELOXICAM and some Ibuprofen/Tylenol & Happy pills with me.

Set up a few units in Killeen and tomorrow we all head out for Lawton, OK.

Gonna be on the road for about a month after we are done with Lawton.
