What good is a law when no one is willing to enforce it?

The biggest problem with antitrust laws is that they have a limited scope that is a reflection of the outdated structure of them.

Plenty of local monopolies are allowed. Antitrust laws should be applied in contexts that are smaller than the national level. It's rare for that to occur, and as a result, companies like Clear Channel are able to maintain monopolies on a multi-state level, even if they don't have a national monopoly.

That's not incompatible with the idea that they are also in collusion with government. Government has to throw a few bones to the public to maintain complacency. Outside of that, they gain and return favors with special interests, like Big Tech.

The US government is not afforded the means to change what the deepstate are doing in the US , and abroad.
