The guys with the zip ties are an example where it's going to be hard to prove anything, but the one bragging about it on Youtube and interacting with commenters who are basically cheering him on? Pretty clear.

Then there are violations of 18 U.S. Code §2101 since many of these individuals traveled with the intent of committing a crime/engaging in a riot. Probably won't be applied based on precedent, but relevant. Then there are the many weapons charges, the investigation into the pipe bombs, and potentially more serious charges related to assault on law enforcement that is likely still to come. Then we have 40 U.S. Code §5104 about not using force to enter or remain on the floor of the Senate and/or House (or have weapons). This one is very clear.

All of this, and more, is why I think it's likely more probable that they are waiting to charge individuals with the more serious crimes as opposed to opting not to or lacking evidence. There is literally footage filmed by the people now in custody of them doing what they were doing and saying they were doing it while doing it.

Do you know how it's easy to make fun of the kids who record themselves committing crimes and post it on the internet? Yeah, apparently they inherited that wisdom.

They know what they're looking for and all the video and online evidence linked to certain people is going to prove sedition and insurrection. Heavy time is going to be the punishment and they're all going to hunted down until the list is exhausted. I said several times that our country is sick of the far right and their mess.

What they did in the Capitol Building was recorded. That's easy.

The difficulty will be proving conspiracy.
