We heard it all. It was a good speech but nothing more than was expected to be written. the whole day was , well OK, but it was probably hard to have any real celebration with only the families, some members of Congress etc and lots of "guards" present. One thing I really thought was a dud was the so called ceremony at Arlington Cemetery. Biden didn't even place the wreath...it was already there. If his call for unity was real, then they sure could have done better there. There were past Presidents there and they could have been included, as a show of "unity". I guess the big deal today was to have both Biden and Harris touch the wreath that had already been placed.

Past presidents were just now featured on the evening program, and it was quite powerful. The only thing they missed was a shoutout to Jimmy Carter, who was unable to make it.

the day events were enough here. Country singers? Well I guess that was put out for the rural people, who sees this administration as not so friendly to them. Stop the already approved and funded border walls, stop the Keystone pipeline...here come higher fuel prices, that means a lot to the rural people. Oh yeah, and Biden, today, also signed that executive order to stop the ban on travel, from some very unstable nations. He says he is going to fight Covid harder, but how does that fit into possibly letting thousands cross our borders...unchecked etc? Actions speak louder than scripted words. Just how does signing some 13-15 executive orders, just a short time, after being sworn indicate just how much he plans to "change" without going through the Congress?????

Wonder...will,,, not well qualified, Harris, have a desk in the Oval Office????
