all the contracts already signed and supplies either bought or ordered? Do the contractors... sue the states, federal government or maybe the states sue the feds to reimburse them for all the billions it could cost??? Have Canadian and US Oil companies already committed to supply future oil and how will that be delivered? Oh, how about it all shipped in the much less safety of trucks on highways...or train tankers. this crap is going to cost some one, some entity a whole lot of money.

Not to mention the millions of dollars in lost income of all the workers who will now be laid off with no prospects of returning ever. The only person who will benefit from this is Warren Buffet whose Union Pacific Railroad will now be hauling all that oil in tank car.

Yes there will be law suits. Not against the states but against the Federal Government.
Same thing with the wall even where the contracts did not cover some of the circumstances.
Biden is throwing money away.

Even though one could expect Biden and crew to attack anything successful the past Administration did, Biden's rush to make so many "executive orders" was beyond any understanding. While our own people are having trouble paying the bills, he "fires" thousands. At the same time it appears he will allow thousands of people to cross our border...illegally and let them all go on some form of protection. Anyone who thinks his ban on deporting illegals, who are criminals, will only be for 100 days is dreaming.
