This is kind of funny. When I was a deputy sheriff writing reports was fairly routine. Every shift you'd be required to write a report or two about something. Our reports were all on the department network once they were approved. One of my co-workers was an old school guy and wasn't much of a communicator. He wrote hiscreports in all caps from start to finish.
Finally after about two years of this, admin finally sent him to a class given by the county to straighten him out.
