    Why can't we post in all caps?

    It's not an important issue I was just curious as to why the forum software doesn't allow it. Seems unusual.

    IT DOES ALLOW YOU TO POST IN ALL CAPS in the text box, but not in the Title, unless you include one lower case letter after the first upper case letter.
