Deer that live near humans, who don't shoot at them, often become domesticated.

Around 2008 I was at Yosemite. We were staying outside the park in a wooded community. Deer were all over. I laid down in the yard and a deer came up to me. I let it drink out of my rum and coke. It laid down next to me and drank whenever I offered. I even got up for refills and it stayed. I just made sure to be on its back side- if it got spoked, its hoofs could disembowel you by accident.

    Did the deer get drunk?
