So you just admitted riots were in Red States but then said the riots were in Democrat run cities. So are you’re saying the governors of red States are not responsible for the riots that take place in blue municipalities?

If a violent rioter knows he might die by forcibly breaking in to someones property, he may very well think twice. Might not solve the core issue as to why their are riots, but it damn sure will lower the rate of rioters destroying private property.
