5 main reasons why caffeine may not for you

    https://coffeesesh.com/5-reasons-caf...-work-for-you/

Some people seem to not have a reaction to caffeine, which seems strange for the rest of us. But the thing is: this phenomenon can occur for several reasons and even after time. It can be annoying for some, but a blessing for others. If you are in the first group then I recommend you read this thoroughly.

I don't recommend getting between me and my first cup in the morning. I cannot drink coffee after mid-day, or I'll be wide awake at bed time.

Give me an IV with coffee.
My sister-in-law tried to trick me once with decaf. I wasn't fooled and I needed my kick start.

Coffee has zero to very little effect on me. I've never been a regular coffee drinker until about two months ago.

It doesn't wake me in the morning nor keep me up at night.

I could use the boost occasionally so it's a bit frustrating

A couple of my co-workers swear by Mountain Dew for their morning fix, saying coffee doesn't do it for them. I'm going to guess that it's actually the 'sugar' rather than the caffeine that gives them their kick.

I know quite a few non-coffee drinkers that have Mountain Dew specifically in the morning. It is high in both caffeine and sugar.
