Critics slam ACLU for claiming biological men have no advantage over women in sports

Social media users criticized the American Civil Liberties Union for claiming Wednesday that biological men have no competitive advantage over women in sports.

In a series of tweets debunking “myths” about trans athletes, the ACLU said that “trans girls are girls,” that there are a wide range of physical characteristics that define gender and that no hormone levels, body parts, or even chromosomes can define what gender a particular person is.

“Attacks on trans youth in sports are showing up in dozens of state legislatures nationwide,” the ACLU tweeted. “These bans are discriminatory, harmful, and unscientific. Here’s why.”

I thought Title IX made it clear that woman want equal but separate sports activity back in 1972?

The only problem I ever had was an interpretation that they get equal funding at all times when in many instances (sports in colleges for example) women were far less interested in sports than men. So in order to preserve budgets men's sports would get cut rather than spend on wasteful programs.

Never had a problem women doing their own thing and am with them today!

The sexual confused can start their own activity and see who cares?

Someone on the national level suggested that and that person was ignored.

Women started this crap. Let them stew in it for awhile.
