OK, what was the most disturbing scene from a movie or TV show? For me, it was the "flashback" scenes in the 2015 Macy Gray movie "Where Children Play" that included domestic abuse, rape, and a depiction of child rape.

Probably not the worst but it came to mind:
The Valachi Papers is one of the very few movies I've ever walked out on. There was a scene where a man is castrated in a restaurant and left screaming while the other guy walks out with the first man's testicles in a tablecloth. Probably not all that graphic, but it didn't have to be.

There's a Salvador Dali film where a woman appears to have her eyeball sliced with a knife.
It turned out that the woman was missing an eye and they replaced her glass eye with a grape.
Still...it's so disturbing to watch.
...but like all the other seemingly offensive things in movies, it's not real.
