Just because you didnt like the Answer.....doesnt mean your question wasnt addressed. Sybil came up with unity. That was the answer to your question.

Now because you dont feel it didnt answer your question. Doesnt change the reality that your question was answered.

Maybe in your leftist lala-land you think the question wasnt answered. But in actual reality. It was answered.

Now its clear you just didnt like or agree with the answer. Yet know full well your question was answered.

Who said it affects anyones Freedom? Is that all you could come up with. Wondering how it affects freedom. For you it doesnt matter about what is said by those that dont want to play the anthem or about those and what they think about it, that support it.

A day after Mark Cuban said the national anthem will no longer be played at the Dallas Mavericks’ home games, the NBA said “all teams will play the national anthem in keeping with longstanding league policy!

For some that Long Standing League Policy dont mean anything, huh?

White House Supports Mavericks Scrapping The National Anthem Because America Fails ‘Often’......

White House press secretary Jen Psaki expressed support for Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban’s decision to remove the national anthem from the team’s home games because they “feel [the anthem] doesn’t represent them.”

During the Wednesday press briefing, Fox News’s Peter Doocy asked Psaki about the Biden administration’s stance on Cuban’s decision. While the press secretary acknowledged that President Joe Biden is “proud to be an American and has great respect for the anthem,” she also said he would support the Mavericks for calling out the frequent times when “we as a country haven’t lived up to our highest ideals.”

“He’d also say that, of course, that part of pride in our country means recognizing moments where we as a country haven’t lived up to our highest ideals, which is often, and at times what people are speaking to when they take action at sporting events,” Psaki said. “And it means respecting the right of people, granted to them in the Constitution to peacefully protest. That’s why he ran for president in the first place, and that’s what he’s focused on doing every day.”.....snip~

Note this dumbass answer that was given a pass.

Later reports suggest the decision follows a trend by the NBA and other teams in the league to send a social justice message by ignoring or purposefully refusing to “stand and line up in a dignified posture along the foul lines during the playing of the American and/or Canadian national anthems,” as required in NBA policy. This rule was not enforced during the league’s Black Lives Matter campaigning last summer when players knelt during the anthem or even boycotted games after the shooting of Jacob Blake.

“Source close to Mark Cuban says decision to not play Anthem before Mavs games isn’t because they don’t love U.S., but because many feel anthem doesn’t represent them, and they want to continue discussion of how to represent people from all communities when honoring U.S. at game,” one sports writer reported......snip~

Oh my, a minority of people FEEL that the Anthem doesnt represent them. All up into their feelings. Looking for emotional rescue. So sensitive and all touchy feely like.

What was that about Freedom? Who stopped any of them from leaving their seats while the anthem played. Note how playing on the Freedom tip works both ways.

Of course what is the reasoning behind not wanting to stand or believe what the National Anthem is about? The reasoning somehow in Leftist lala-land believes their reasoning shouldnt be put to the test. Shouldnt be questioned. Just accept what we say.

Message to the leftness......you dont feel that you like it. Take your asses and start your own country. Wherein you can do all of that about what you dont like. The country. What it stands for, Its symbols etc etc. Or better yet.....take your lame asses and go to some communist country or dictator's country. Do all of that there. We will gladly watch the show of how you will be treated and dealt with. Even while eating popcorn.

The question, which was based on the thread title, was whose freedom is impacted by Cuban's decision. Bringing up something else all together - in this case, some nonsense about "unity" - is not an answer, however much you might like it to be.

"Unity" is not nonsense. Bringing it up in the context of it being somehow strengthened or weakened by somebody either playing it or not playing it before a basketball game in Dallas 41 times a year is.

Oh, and also...bringing it up in the context of attempting to not answer a question while trying to look for a way to make it appear that you're answering it - also nonsense, and dumb.
