Ice and Snow!

We usually don't get this much snow at this cold temperature but there is a fast push up from the Gulf that is forcing the moisture into the north. The snow is dry so easy to brush off the vehicle but it is expected to drop 1 to 1 1/2 an hour until 7PM here.

I know. But the faucets started dripping around noon, got maybe a gallon or so, then with dark, they froze up again. Tomorrow may et up in the 40s and sunny.

Snowing again, expecting a couple of inches. Roads iced over. Half a million without power--fortunately I have. Reading that food store shelves are depleted, another panic. The below looks odd but if you're without power sitting in a running heated vehicle makes sense.

Not as much snow as we were expecting. Two inches at most.

Just keeps snowing. Must be 3 inches by now. I was going to venture out but the county says avoid it. Tomorrow should be in the 40s and melt it all.

Walmart was practically empty. I got a loaf of bread and some cookies. Worse than the Covid19 panic, except it'll pass, most of SA has power now.
