Ice and Snow!

San Antonio is seeing ice and even some snow. Record cold temps these next couple days. My deck and neighbors rooks frozen and a little snow on them. People are saying highways are frozen over, don't go out!

We've been experiencing that same global warming just noth of Pheonix Arizona. It's calming down today.

The road is half the fun! There is a huge church parking lot near me. When we get a good pack of snow with ice under it I will get my speed up in that parking lot, cut the wheel and it's on ! Snow flying everywhere me lmao. In the south this is a holiday event !

I used to do that when I was a teenager.

I enjoyed donuts in the parking lots back when I was a teen.

Now I rather stay at home, put my feet up and enjoy a cat and a good book.

Beware those slushy patches.

We had a local pond that froze over, and we all skated and drank hot chocolate there. The pond was on a town resident's property, but he let the town use it as a public place for many, many years. Then when people discovered they could sue for mishaps, the neighbor no longer allowed public use, and kids lost a wonderful place for winter fun.

I enjoy the cat, putting my feet up, watching a movie and visiting with my family of friends at tpf.

But...there is always that trip out where I see that parking lot and go for it lol.

I dont do a lot of doughnuts. What I do is get my speed up and do a long slide then spin the car and try to keep going in the same direction.

Sometimes it's fun to be a kid again. I think it's a hazordous or reckless driving if they want to be ugly about it but at this time I have a clean driving record so I don't worry about it.
