I've been with corps before that pull crap like this on employees for one reason or another and make them go through these classes.whatever they want to call them. Someone makes a little money, employees feel used and abused and later on it the general consensus that it was a load of crap anyway.

I had to go through those in the 80s. Every knew it was a dog and pony show but the government required it and the lawyers saw the law suits coming.
