First off "WE" do not know anything.... there is no proof they are loaded, I personally have no idea if she has children, maybe you have such personal knowledge, maybe you don't.
Second what business is it of yours if they are loaded? What business is it of yours if they are locked or not? Answer to both would be NONE of your business.
Do you keep all of your guns unloaded and locked up?
Do you use a safe or trigger locks?
Do you even own a gun?

No, "we" don't. We don't know what her children may know about safe gun handling, we don't know that she keeps her guns on that shelf, we don't know that her guns aren't locked up somewhere.
