Some things in the world are complicated. And some are simple. Man, woman. That's not complicated. Two X chromosomes means woman. An X and a Y chromosome means man. For the one in a million people who are born with ambiguous chromosomes, they can legitimately identify as whatever they want. But for everyone else, they were either born a man or a woman. And no amount of sophistic appeals to complexity will alter that reality.

There are hermophodits (spelling?) too. This world is complicated and $#@! happens in nature. Some people are born perfectly healthy and some are not. Some have brain chemistry that's consistent with their genitalia and some are not.

Well, while I don't see how it could possibly be 60... Then again, I never looked into it. However, why does that bother you? So folks identify as different genders outside the binary system we are used to, so what? The government decided to recognize that and somehow that changes something in your life?
