WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden’s Cabinet is taking shape at the slowest pace of any in modern history, with just over a dozen nominees for top posts confirmed more than a month into his tenure.
Among Biden’s 23 nominees with Cabinet rank, just 13 have been confirmed by the Senate, or a little over half. And among the 15 core nominees to lead federal agencies, 10 have been confirmed, or about two thirds. According to the Center for Presidential Transition, about a month into their first terms, the previous four presidents had 84% of their core Cabinet picks confirmed.
On Tuesday, Biden's cabinet was thrown into further uncertainty when his nominee to lead the White House budget office, Neera Tanden, withdrew from consideration after her nomination faced opposition from key senators on both sides of the aisle......snip~

I heard one of the leftists here claim that the Q sites were talking about a big event planned for the capitol to justify the fences and troops.
I looked around and found nothing about that at all.
The real discussion is that Obama is now back as the decision maker in the White House. That is why all his people have been moved back into place.
Turns out, former President Barack Obama and Sen. Kamala Harris have been in each other's orbit for quite a while. In fact, when Obama first announced his bid for presidency, Harris was one of the first elected official in California to endorse him, according to The New Yorker.
After calling Harris "brilliant" at an event in 2013, Obama raised some eyebrows when he said she was "by far the best-looking attorney general in the country."
