    The authorities are saying he was speeding and it is a downhill curved area prone to accidents. I know this is true because I have driven same.

    What bothers me is no other vehicle involved and no sign of brakes applied. Could be he was impaired, distracted, or angry about something!

    7 AM is a bit early to leave a hotel.............
