1)"Donald J Trump" was and continues to be the gift to the Democrats that keeps on giving - apparently the former President and his supporters didn't get the message, despite key losses in the conservative strongholds of Arizona and Georgia, that the net result of picking fights with Establishment Republicans is a win in the Democratic column!
2) For all intents and purposes, the GOP has already effectively abdicated its role as a political party with national appeal - with America's visible minorities projected as becoming the dominant demographic by 2050, combined with the erosion of the traditional conservative base in the South and Mid-West, the purging of establishment of establishment Republicans only hastens the inevitable!
3) Given that "money is the mother's milk of politics," many large corporations made the decision to withhold their political contributions tothe GOP in response to January 6th - given that visible minorities will become the new majority in America by 2050, "Big Business"must be questioning the wisdom of aligning itself with an older, erratic, authoritarian narcissist with an affinity for conspiracy theories and white supremacists!
4) It should already be abundantly clear that much of the nation would refuse to submit to another 4 years with Trump as President - based on recent history, its questionable as to whether he would abide by future elections or willingly relinquish power!
