    Sure raises questions about dems refusal to allow audits. Looking very suspicious. Truth always comes out at some point guys.

    That is the intimidation strategy. It costs very little to be the one doing the harassing. You have to instruct your lawyers to oppose and fight any delays and get it to discovery ASAP or your lawyers will drain you and the opposing lawyers will try to stretch it out as long as possible.

    I have gotten lawsuits dismissed for failure to cooperate in discovery.

    I've had a lawyer give extensions without even asking my permission, to the plaintiff the first time I was sued. They just kept billing. 2 years later they dropped the harassment suit.
