Back before we sold all the investment lake land, one of the neighbors put up trail cams, and occasionally we would get texts of the latest visitors. Who'd of thunk we had that many bobcats in the area?

Deer, bear, turkey, birds of all sorts, squirrels. Kinda miss those pictures, they took their cameras when they moved.

Cool pictures. I didn't know trail cams produced such nice, clear pictures. Those are great!

Thanks! It's a lot of fun. Half the fun is riding around on the four wheeler and swapping out the memory cards.

Not all of them are created equal. You can set the resolution, but the higher you set it, the faster it will eat up memory cards and batteries. They can also take high def video, but that really eats up batteries, lol. Some of them take 8 AA batteries, some only take 4. I usually set them to high resolution, but lighting also affects the clarity of the pics.

I might get a couple, there's a lot of wildlife up there.

Some people have them so they can keep an eye on their property when they aren't there......keeping an eye out for any possible 2 legged intruders.

Good sized buck, still has the velvet on his antlers. Looks like my lens needs cleaning.
