OK, right, compliance in terms of hiring/firing, treatment of employees, customers in terms of public accommodation, etc mainly applicable to organizations and businesses. Sort of the same with Canadian laws with the use of pronouns.

And that might affect the individual and some group may try to cancel me or big tech might if I say the "wrong" thing. But so far no regulations that I personally must follow.

I'm sure there are some who would cancel others based solely on your attire. Wrong pronouns will get you obliterated, I guess, though I have always used a neutral for anyone in question anyway. A courtesy that stems from a loooong way back.

I function on a do unto others basis. Having grown up with one of the most bigoted and racists fathers out there, I made a solemn vow to never be like him, and to date, I've held that vow.

Do you sell to government? Government contractors? They are forced to spread their requirements as requirements to their vendors. A $400 order to a naval base resulted in me getting an email full of forms and a requirement for me to get a social justice type certification. I got the order after asking them if they wanted the parts or not.

I am not on any social media at all....but, yes. I have said and done many cancellable offenses, and proud of it. It means I have common sense and logical thought.

I am also a conservative white man. That alone is enough to offend 90% or them.
