Unemployment is highest in the black community and they were the ones that gained jobs in the highest numbers under Trump. That means they are lowest in seniority and were the first to go.

I can pay an illegal $15 an hour and it will not cost me much more than that. If he does not work out then I let him go.

I can hire the black citizen $15 and hour and it will cost me about $34 and hour. If I let him go I have to continue to pay via the unemployment compensation pool or insurance depending on your size.
